SO PROUD OF YOU HONEY!
Jeff ran the Shamrock Marthon with an AWESOME time of 3 hours and 35 minutes. What a GREAT time for his first marathon!! He ran with his friend, Greg and then they celebrated in style down at the Virginia Beach ocean front. They had a beautiful 70 degree day to run, much better than all those snowy training runs. Now on to the next one...
