It was very sweet to see them both so happy. Jeff read one of of their favorites tonight, Pajama Time. It's a Sandra Boynton book and we always sing the story. As soon as Jeff started singing, both girls joined in. This was one of the best preparations Jeff and I made for deployment. Honey, the girls are still surrounded by your outrageous, lovable ways every day. We miss you!

THE GIRLS ABSOLUTELY LOVED WATCHING DADDY READ BED TIME STORIES TONIGHT!!! They were so excited to see Jeff on TV and hear him read their favorite books. They were a little confused at first. Since Jeff was sitting on the couch in the video, Lily asked if Daddy was downstairs. I had to explain it was a video, but then she thought it was the web cam and started talking to him. She said, "Daddy are you still on your big trip?"
